Hi,RW3 guys!

I'm Arisa. Nice to meet you.
I was born in Nara Japan, I grew up there. I am 20 years old. I came to Calgary about 1month ago. I am a Kansai University student in Japan and my major is Economics but I am studying English at U of C now. I will go back to Japan when this spring program finished, so I just stay here 3 months. I want to enjoy my life in Calgary with you.
My hobbies are listening to music and traveling anywhere. I love listening to music especially hip-hop music! My favorite musician is Mr.Capone-E and The Game! I am going to the biggest hip-hop music festival in Japan in August. I can see The Game! I am really looking forward to see him. Anyway, if you know a good song, please tell me. I love to travel too. When I finished this program, I am going to Torront, NY and Korea! I am looking forward to visit those places. If you have been there, please tell me some information.

    I have never been to Toronto. I hear it is a really beautiful city! I went to Korea once....in the middle of winter so it was COLD! The food was very spicy (but delicious). I would highly recommend going to a 노래방 (Noraebang/NRB), so fun!

    I love music too! A good Canadian hip-hop artist is K-OS, or Drake!

    Hi Arisa, 2 years ago,I was in Nara, Japan. The deer roaming freely were pretty cute... and insistent on being fed! I have also been to Toronto (more than 30 years ago). It was a very big city then, so I imagine that it will be gigantic now. I was in NYC just about 1 year ago. Loved it. There are so many things to see. Central Park, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island were the places that I found most interesting, but I am much older than you. Still, Central Park is one of the places you should see! Beautiful, and the gem of Manhattan. The John Lennon Memorial in Central Park was important for us to see. If you like museums, music, and shopping, NYC is the place for you!

    The entire area around Nara and Kyoto , and on to Hiroshima and Miyajima was extremely beautiful and interesting. We hope to return someday.

    I should have mentioned that we were in the Nara and Kyoto area during the Cherry Blossom Festival. Sakura... right? So, it was especially beautiful.

    While I was living in Okinawa, my parents came to Japan to visit me several times. They had some interesting adventures whilst traveling around Japan.
